About the role
- 5 years in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or account management role — consumer brand, FMCG, or agency background all work
- You've managed multiple moving pieces at once and kept them all moving
- Clear, direct communicator — your briefs get read, your follow-ups get responses
- Comfortable working alongside creative directors, digital leads, and operations people without formal authority over any of them
- Organised without being rigid — you know when to follow the process and when to just get it done
- Familiar with project management and calendar tools — whatever works, you'll make it work
