About the role
Location: Chennai (Primary)
Experience: 12-18+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified.
- Strong experience in BFSI BPS Operations and Business Transformation.
- Expertise in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence.
- Experience driving large-scale transformation, productivity, quality, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Automation, Analytics, and Process Mining is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Flexible to work in shifts and 100% work from office.
