Master Data Management (MDM) STIBO

•Must have total 6+ years in IT and 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer on production implementations.

•Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP – data modeling, workflows, business rules, business actions, privilege rules, Web UI configuration, and STEP Workbench.

•Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) Integration Endpoints, background processes, and event processors.

•Solid programming skills in JavaScript (for STEP Business Rules) and Java for custom extensions, plugins, and integration components.

•Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.

•Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

•Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts – data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match & merge, survivorship, syndication, and data stewardship – across product, customer, supplier, or location domains.

•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components.

•Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
