About the role
- Program and operate Mazak CNC machines for complex machining tasks involving milling, drilling, and tapping.
- Understand and interpret detailed blueprints and CAD/CAM programs for accurate machining.
- Prepare machines, including tool setting and alignment prior to production.
- Continuously observe machining process, making timely adjustments to maintain quality.
- Use precision measuring instruments to check part dimensions.
- Document production runs and maintenance activities meticulously.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and machine operation standards.
- Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
