- Assess and catalogue existing document-based artifacts to determine their relevance and readiness for migration to a model-based environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for extracting and structuring data from unstructured documents into formal models.
- Ensure semantic consistency by aligning legacy data with the ontology and taxonomy of the target MBSE framework.
- Identify and resolve ambiguities or discrepancies in legacy documentation to facilitate accurate model representation.
- Collaborate with domain experts to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data within the model-based system.
- Ensure all modelling activities adhere to standards such as ISO/IEC 15288 and industry best practices.
- Develop detailed interdisciplinary system models using SysML to represent requirements, design, analysis, and verification information. Knowledge of architectural frameworks like MagicGrid is added bonus.
- Establish traceability between original document-based requirements and their model-based counterparts to maintain verification and validation integrity.
- Establish traceability and transformation to PLM platform for end to end continuity. Knowledge in Dymola, Matlab and 3dexpereince is a bonus.
- Train team members on best practices for data extraction and modelling to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data cleansing activities, making adjustments as necessary to improve data quality.
- Support the development of data governance policies to maintain model integrity
- Stay updated with advancements in MBSE tools and techniques to continually enhance data migration processes.
