About the role
We are looking for an experienced MDM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM to design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in matching algorithms, data integration, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Semarchy xDM entities, data models, validations, and steward screens.
- Develop and optimise matching algorithms, including fuzzy and deterministic matching, match/merge rules, and survivorship.
- Build customer hierarchies and implement data synchronisation with source systems.
- Develop and maintain data integration and bidirectional replication processes.
- Manage Semarchy xDM and PostgreSQL databases across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, replication health, and database performance.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and model promotion using GitHub Actions.
- Configure SSO, secrets management, and access controls.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective MDM solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, MDM, or Data Platforms.
