• Password Reset on mobile device using Microsoft Intune
• User Provisioning and Access Management
• Onboarding and Offboarding of mobile devices
• Mobile Device Management Support
• Profile Management
• Application deployment/assignment through Microsoft Intune MDM
• Company Resource access via Microsoft Intune MDM
• User deletion from AAD
• Edit dynamic user, dynamic user creation and dynamic user deletion
• Configure LOB app and store apps using Microsoft Intune
• Upload Store apps
• Deploy LOB apps and store apps via Microsoft Intune
• Monitor app deployment status
• Manage Android Compliance Policies via Microsoft Intune
• Manage Windows Compliance Policies via Microsoft Intune
• Software Update Scheduling via Microsoft Intune policies
skills:
• Core Concept and understanding of SCCM.
• Knowledge on Active Directory or Azure AD, Roles, Permissions and Group Policy
• Explain different types of enrollment in iOS, Android or windows device.
• Differentiate between Azure AD join Vs Azure AD registered Vs Hybrid Azure AD join
• Knowledge of terminologies in Intune like Conditional Access, SCEP, Supervised Mode, User Affinity Enrollment and without user affinity enrollment.
• Remotely managed Devices
• Create compliance rules for users and devices
• Control device features and settings
• Devices and data protection
• App protection policies
• Hybrid Autopilot
• Policy Conflict.
• Troubleshooting Policy related issues.
