About the role
MDM Strategy & Governance:
Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.
Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards across all master data domains.
Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity.
Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics.
