Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing operations at our Baddi facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, supporting plant utilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

•  Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
•  Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
•  Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
•  Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and equipment.
•  Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
•  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
•  Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
•  Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
•  Handle motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and electrical panels.
•  Keep maintenance records and spare parts inventory.

•  B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
•  Candidates with exposure to both mechanical and electrical maintenance will be preferred.
•  Minimum 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, packaging, chemicals, or related industries.
