About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Piping) to oversee the execution, inspection, and testing of process piping and equipment erection in refinery, petrochemical, and chemical industry projects. The role demands strong technical expertise in piping codes/standards, site coordination, and safety/quality compliance.
Qualifications & Experience- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years in piping execution & equipment erection in refinery/petrochemical/chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and test large-scale process piping in multiple MOCs.
- Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, spool, and structural drawings.
- Conduct material inspections, line checks, and spool assembly inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, B31.1, ASTM, AWS, and IBR requirements.
- Coordinate with EPCM, contractors, and suppliers for drawings, materials, and erection activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support look-ahead scheduling.
- Monitor manpower deployment and progress vs. plan; escalate delays and suggest corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce safety/quality standards, and resolve site issues.
