About the Role: Join Omnicom Global Solutions as a Media Investment - Analyst in Pune. Support global media campaigns by managing operations, campaign execution, and reporting, driving impactful results for leading brands worldwide.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Implement digital and video media campaigns in close alignment with approved media plans, partnering with onshore planning and buying teams.
- Manage campaign setup and bookings using platform tools, ensuring precise and timely data entry.
- Facilitate operational workflows by issuing insertion orders, trafficking sheets, and coordinating creative specifications.
- Monitor active campaign delivery across digital and video platforms to guarantee alignment with performance benchmarks and campaign goals.
- Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies promptly to mitigate performance risks and maintain campaign integrity.
- Execute broadcast scheduling and campaign coordination across Connected TV (CTV), Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms, and traditional TV networks.
- Oversee comprehensive billing processes, encompassing invoice verification, contract management, actualization, and discrepancy resolution.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
Must-Have:
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital marketing, media operations, campaign trafficking, or media buying support workflows.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and ad-serving platforms including Prisma, CM360, Adform, Innovid, and Flashtalking.
- Hands-on familiarity with video and broadcast ecosystems, including CTV, OTT platforms, MBOX, and broadcast scheduling mechanics.
- Solid understanding of ad verification frameworks, tag specifications, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and verification tools such as IAS, DoubleVerify, DoubleClick, and AppNexus.
- Advanced capability in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and operational documentation.
Preferred:
- A full-time graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning abilities, and meticulous attention to detail for managing daily deliverables and competitive reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with a readiness to operate effectively in rotational shifts.
