WE’RE HIRING | Manager – Medical & General Administration
📍 Location: Maharashtra
Qualification: BAMS / BHMS with MHA / MBA
Experience: 4–5 Years in Hospital Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Cath Lab, PMJAY, and support services.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
Manage patient grievances, billing escalations, insurance, TPA, and PMJAY approvals and claims.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.
Supervise manpower planning, duty rosters, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Monitor operational MIS, occupancy, departmental performance, revenue, and cost control.
Support the Unit Head in business growth, improving patient footfall, and enhancing operational efficiency.
