Role : Medical Device – Physician

Qualification : MBBS, MD

Roles & Responsibilities

·Understanding of combination products and medical devices cases, a minimum of 2 to 3 years of case processing experience is preferred.

·This experience should include Reviewing and assessing device complaints, identifying medical device reportable complaints, entering all relevant details, including device fields and codes, identifying and coding events with causality and writing clear and accurate narrative.
Basic post-marketing PV knowledge
Excellent database and coding skills including ability to perform advanced searches
Argus trained/experienced
Basic understanding of medical/scientific terminology
Excellent level of written and verbal English
Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft applications, etc.)
Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
Experience with use of MedDRA and IMDRF coding
Experience in identifying and following up for missing information
In depth knowledge and understanding of clinical development, combination products and medical devices including device malfunction and usability problems
Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to review, analyse and interpret complex data to a high standard
Knowledge and experience with safety reporting and regulatory compliance and experience with international safety reporting/regulations is preferred
