About the role
We are seeking an experiencedMEP Engineerto oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems . The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Revit MEP Engineer – Mechanical And Plumbing.
- Create and updateRevit MEP 3D modelsfor HVAC, Plumbing, electrical
- PrepareMEP drawings, layouts, sections, and as‑built documentation.
- Performclash detectionand coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
- Support design teams with model‑based inputs and ensure compliance with relevant codes/standards.
- Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
- Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and timely delivery of all BIM/MEP documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP project experiencein construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing.
- Hands-on experience with site execution and coordination.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MEP software, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
