Job Title: Micro Loan Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Micro Loan Officer with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience for our Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in LOAN, MICRO LOAN, CUSTOMER, and SALES. As a Micro Loan Officer, you will be directly selling various insurance products to the bank's customers, developing business, and managing relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation from the assigned bank and direct selling of various insurance products to the bank customers.
2. Business development with customers.
3. Gaining customer agreement to purchase and accurately completing sales documentation.
4. Acquiring customers through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, and generated prospects.
5. Ensuring completion of sales by facilitating completion of medical reports and prompt issue of policy document.
6. Exploring opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
7. Supporting other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team when requested by the sales manager, coaching them in company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills, accompanying them on client visits and modeling relevant behavior.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in the field of loan and microloan.
2. Proven track record of customer acquisition and relationship management.
3. Excellent sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. Strong understanding and experience with various insurance products.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
6. Experience in Life Insurance is preferred.
