About the role
Migration Developer/ Lead
- Lead and manage end-to-end Teamcenter migration projects, from planning through execution and validation with 5-8 years of Experience in PLM Projects.
- Strong knowledge of ETL concepts with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter migration utilities, including CSV2TCXML and IPS, for bulk data transformation and loading.
- Expertise in CAD data import across multiple CAD platforms (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.), ensuring integrity of assemblies, attributes, and JT generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Skilled in Excel Macros (VBA) and Batch file development to automate data preparation, reporting, and migration tasks.
- Experience with Teamcenter utilities (Import/Export, BMIDE tools, admin commands, CAD integrations) for configuration and data validation.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter server-side installation, configuration, and environment setup in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with ITK (Integration Toolkit) to extend Teamcenter functionality and build custom migration utilities.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter data model, workflows, BMIDE, and configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, validate, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to capture processes, scripts, and best practices.
