SUMMARY

WearelookingforatechnicallystrongMISDevelopertodesign,develop,andmaintainreportingsystemsthatprovide meaningful business insights.The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree and experience in report development, dashboard creation, data analytics, and MIS reporting.

Thecandidatewillworkcloselywithmanagementandvariousbusinessfunctionstoautomatereports,develop interactive dashboards, analyse business data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Female candidates are preferred for this position.

•Design, develop, and maintain automated MIS reports for various departments.

•Create customized reports based on business requirements.

•Automaterecurringreports toimprove efficiencyand accuracy.

•Ensurereportsareaccurate,timely,andeasytointerpret.

•Design and develop interactive business dashboards.

•Maintain and continuously improve existing dashboards.

•Create visual reports to track operational and business performance.

•Ensure dashboards provide real-time or scheduled business insights.

•Analyse business data and generate meaningful insights.

•PrepareDaily,Weekly,Monthly,andQuarterlyMISreports.

•Develop management reports to support strategic decision-making.

•Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities using data.

•Present analytical findings in a clear and structured manner.

•Collect,clean, validate,and organizedata frommultiple sources.

•Ensuredataintegrity,consistency,andaccuracy.

•Develop data models to support reporting requirements.

•Maintain centralized reporting databases.

•Automate manual reporting processes wherever possible.

•Develop Excel-based tools and reporting templates.

•Improvereportingefficiency throughautomation andprocess optimization.

•Collaborate with ITand business teams to enhance reporting systems.

•WorkcloselywithFinance,Production,HR,Sales,Inventory,andOperationsteams.

•Understandreportingrequirementsfromdifferent departments.

•Provide technical support for MIS-related issues.

•Assist management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
