About the role
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to product performance. Generate and analyze product-wise business reports, portfolio reports, and productivity reports. Monitor key product metrics and identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities. Develop dashboards and trackers for management review and decision-making. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Credit, IT, and Finance teams for data collection and validation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product-related data. Perform data extraction, cleansing, and consolidation from multiple sources. Support product launches by preparing performance monitoring reports. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations from business targets. Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and management reports. Maintain databases and archives of product performance information. Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards.
