Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems.
- Build agent harnesses, orchestration frameworks, and memory systems that enable AI applications to reason, retain context, and execute tasks.
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and production-ready AI services.
- Work on LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and post-training techniques.
- Build and manage large-scale datasets for model training and development.
- Translate complex business problems into impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsible, reliable, and scalable AI systems.
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience building and deploying production APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience with AI agent frameworks, agent harnesses, and memory systems.
- Understanding of LLM deployment, fine-tuning, and post-training workflows.
- Experience with large-scale data preparation, creation, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments.
