About the role
Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10+ years of total software development experience, with at least 3+ years managing mobile engineering teams.
- Technical Background: Deep hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), alongside familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- System Design: Strong grasp of mobile client architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture), offline-first synchronisation, local storage (Room/Core Data), and APM monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog).
- CI/CD and Testing: Proven experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Xcode Cloud) and automated test frameworks (Jest, Detox, Espresso, XCTest).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
