Front End Leadership Role

Job Description-
We are seeking a talented Front-End Leader to join our team. As a Leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences for our clients.
You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand their business goals, user needs, and technical requirements, and provide the technical guidance and leadership needed to build scalable and innovative solutions.
You must have experience in delivering large-scale front-end applications leveraging Micro frontend architecture, monorepos, creating a technology foundation (design systems implemented on a front-end tech – react or angular), experience building smooth, performant B2C interfaces and complex interfaces for line of business applications.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for driving front end capability development across the organization.
· Mentor a front-end community of developers.
· Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.
· Define and articulate the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the project and ensure alignment with the client's business objectives.
· Design and develop high-quality architecture documents and code the base solution for a framework.
· Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
· Drive technology consulting assignments, providing technical guidance and advice to clients on the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends.
· Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements and quality standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, design patterns, and reusable components.
· Keep up to date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends, and incorporate them into our development process.
· Evangelize good web technology practices both internally and with clients.
· Estimate project effort, staffing needs, schedules, roadmaps, and other operational details to successfully track and drive inflight projects.
· Continually identify emerging trends and position the team to take full advantage of them.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead in past
· Demonstrable Hands-on Expertise in modern Front-End technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
· Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Node.js.
· Experience with design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices for Front-End development.
· Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team of developers.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies.
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
