Modeler - Construction Modeling

We are seeking a detail-oriented Modeler to apply constructability and detailing principles in developing accurate construction models and shop drawings.Therole involves collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality execution, address constructability challenges, and support efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards

• Develop andmaintainaccurate Tekla modelsand connections aligned with design intent

• Perform model constructability reviews

• Collaborate with design teams and contractors to develop engineering solutions

• Create shop drawings and erection sheets

• Develop custom reports and drawing templates as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fieldrequired
• 7+ minimum prioryears experiencewith 5+ prioryears experiencein Tekla steel detailing on complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working with design teams for a variety of building or project types
• Strong client-service attitude with ability to multi-task andaccomplishmultiple priorities
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
