We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Test Automation, specifically with Selenium, and will be responsible for leading a team of developers and testers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation in software testing.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Design, develop, and implement robust test automation frameworks using Selenium to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, requirements, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the testing process, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and software development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Prepare and present reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to management.

• Strong expertise in Test Automation using Selenium.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of other test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in working with cloud-based testing environments.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and principles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
