Module Lead - Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in CI/CD implementations, troubleshooting, and programming. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to learn about industry trends and new technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and deployment of our applications, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment failures efficiently.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security tools into the CI/CD process.
• Implement monitoring and tracing solutions to enhance the performance and availability of web applications.
• Utilize APM tools to analyze application performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes.
• Document processes and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in Atlassian products including Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Experience with integration of security tools like SONAR, Nexus, Veracode, Blackduck, and CodeQL.
• Sound knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Experience in implementing monitoring and tooling solutions using APM tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or ITRS.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Relevant certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies as per industry standards.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
