Module Lead-Testing Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Module Lead in Software Testing to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Playwright, a modern automation testing framework, and have a foundational understanding of UFT scripts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of testers in the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of test cases and results, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.

• Strong expertise in Playwright for automated testing.
• Proficient in creating and executing UFT scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with other automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
