About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics CRM professional with expertise in Power Automate to join our team at Grade G6. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing MS Dynamics CRM solutions using Power Automate to streamline business processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Customize and configure MS Dynamics CRM to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics CRM and Power Automate
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system
- 9-12 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Power Apps is a must
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation
- Experience with integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics CRM and Power Automate
