About the role
Key Responsibilities:1. Yuva Sur Sartaj (YSS) Support· Assist in planning and managing the YSS competition — artist outreach, communication, scheduling, and coordination with judges and venues.· Help manage submissions, social media updates, and digital promotion of participants and winners.2. Artist Promotion & Marketing· Support promotion plans for YSS winners, including studio recordings, artist interviews, and social media features.· Coordinate with musicians, videographers, editors, and the social media team to deliver engaging content.3. Social Media & Content Collaboration· Work with DMF’s social media team to design and execute campaigns that make Hindustani Classical Music appealing to younger audiences.· Assist with ideation, content planning, captions, and post scheduling across Instagram and YouTube.4. Concert & Event Support· Help plan and execute DMF concerts and baithaks — logistics, artist coordination, audience management, and post-event follow-up.
