About the role
Key Responsibilities
1 Solutioning Architecture
Design architect and validate OCI based solutions including compute networking storage databases integration and security services
Create high level and low level solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and best practices
Conduct cloud assessments migration planning and architecture reviews for customer workloadsespecially Oracle DB migrations to OCIAzureHybrid setups
Define disaster recovery HA strategies backup and security architecture tailored to enterprise use cases
2 Proposal RFPRFI Management
Own and deliver technical sections of RFPRFI responses proposals SoWs and bid documents
Analyze RFP requirements identify gaps risks and dependencies and drive solution alignment
Translate technical concepts into businessaligned customerfriendly narratives
Collaborate with delivery practice pricing and sales teams to build competitive compliant solutions
3 Customer Engagement
Participate in customer workshops discovery sessions and technical discussions
Present solution architectures through presentations demos and PoCs
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud adoption modernization and database transformation
4 Technical Expertise Core Areas

Understanding of AzureAWS concepts is a plus especially for multicloud or migration scenarios
Required Skills Experience
79 years of overall experience in Cloud Database technologies
Minimum 34 years hands on experience in OCI architecture and deployments
Strong grounding in Oracle DBA foundational concepts
Experience in pre sales solutioning or consulting roles for cloud and database workloads
Ability to quickly interpret requirements and build scalable secure costoptimized cloud architectures
Excellent skills in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non technical audiences
Strong documentation writing and proposalbuilding capabilities
Preferred GoodtoHave
OCI certifications like
oOCI Architect Associate Professional
oOCI Foundations Operations
Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud architectures
Experience with Terraform CICD or DevOps practices
Understanding of pricing models TCOROI analysis and deal shaping
