Payroll Compensation Benefits
BachelorsMasters degree in a relevant field eg Computer Science Business Administration Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR domain business processes and concepts
Assisting with the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll benefits and other compensationrelated tasks
Assist in Gathering all details of employee records for Processing Payroll including any Medical or Legislative related benefits to process payroll
Collect data and generate report related to any specific allowances of employee data
Assisting with tasks like data entry processing payroll verifying timesheets and handling payrollrelated inquiries from employees
Supporting the administration of employee benefits programs including enrolment tracking and communicating benefits information
Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll and benefits regulations including tax and social insurance requirements
Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Identify and suggest solutions to HRPayrollCompensation related problems
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies willingness to learn the Oracle HCM Cloud platform
Prior experience with ERP systems or other HR application software desirable
