About the role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Lead Consultant with over 8 years of overall IT experience, including significant hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end NetSuite engagements, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Provide functional and techno-functional expertise across NetSuite modules (Financials, O2C, P2P, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
- Drive solution architecture and best practices for NetSuite implementations
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts
- Oversee customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk
- Ensure seamless integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify gaps in existing implementations and recommend enhancements or re-implementation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
