Years of Experience:
7-10 years of experience in network architecture and design, with proven expertise in handling large-scale and complex network systems across various platforms.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced Network Infrastructure Knowledge: Proficiency in designing and configuring sophisticated network infrastructure using SDWAN, LAN, WLAN, Zero Trust Architecture, Micro-segmentation, NAC, Network Standardization, firewalls, B2B VPNs, and cloud networking platforms like VMC and AWS.
Integration and Implementation Expertise: Strong capabilities in implementing and testing network infrastructure to ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems.
Business Requirement Analysis: Ability to analyze and evaluate business needs and technical specifications to propose optimal network solutions.
Security and Scalability Focus: Ensuring the security, scalability, performance, and reliability of the network infrastructure and integration solutions.
Documentation and Communication: Skills in documenting network and integration architectures and effectively communicating best practices to stakeholders and team members.
Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Expertise in proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues or incidents in network systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Business Process Automation: Knowledge of using various methods and technologies for developing integration strategies, including business process automation and orchestration tools.
Continuous Improvement: Experience in continuously improving network efficiency and security by optimizing and updating network services and integration solutions.
Project Management Skills: Ability to lead projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines effectively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) or VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization (VCP-NV).
Innovative Thinking: Ability to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for innovative network solutions.
