About the role
Responsibilities:
- Assembling of PC.
- Networking Settings.
- Installation of OS / Software / Peripherals.
- Managing, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure.
- Managing, maintaining, and monitoring telecom infrastructure for HO and branches.
- Managing, maintaining, and monitoring data center and power facilities.
- Telephone instrument-related activities.
- Troubleshooting / Problem Solving.
- Giving training to the user.
- Liaising for the above with relevant agencies.
- Creating and updating relevant documentation and documentation systems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of server hardware, Linux OS environment, and relevant best practices will be an added advantage.
