About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure.
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise and data center networking environments.
- Troubleshoot Cisco ASR/ISR Routers, Nexus 9000 Switches, and Catalyst Layer 3 Switches.
- Support Data Center technologies including FEX, vPC, and VXLAN.
- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, EIGRP, Route Redistribution, GRE VPN, and IPsec VPN (IKEv2).
- Manage and troubleshoot NAT, ACLs, Route Maps, and Prefix Lists.
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with global teams for incident m anagement and problem resolution.
- Participate in major incident calls and provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Maintain operational documentation and communicate updates through emails and collaboration tools.
