Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, Cradle-point, Broadband DIA, Wireless and OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel protocols
Strong coordination experience in on-call support and bridge call handling
Strong L2 troubleshooting skills across switches, routers, and wireless technologies
MPLS, BGP, STP, VLAN,BFD,CDP,LLDP,SDWAN,AP’s,OSPF Troubleshooting
WAN link health check, troubleshooting
Switch replacement, Switch stack configuration
Router replacement Vmanage Cisco SDWAN technologies
Manage wireless networks using Cisco and Juniper infrastructure, including controllers, Access Points (APs), and MIST Web GUI
Detailed validation of production environment changes and planned and unplanned interruptions
Performance monitoring of various applications and web services to maintain quality of service and network stability Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
