We are looking for a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in Zscaler technologies along with strong fundamentals in Routing, Switching, and Access Points. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and should be able to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize secure cloud-based network access solutions.

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure focusing on Zscaler integration.
• Configure and manage Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Zscaler Client Connector.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler-related issues, including user access, policy enforcement, and performance.
• Implement and support network routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, etc.).
• Manage and troubleshoot wireless access points and controller-based wireless networks.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
• Perform packet capture and analysis to resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation and create standard operating procedures.
• Monitor network performance and provide regular reports on health and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Zscaler and networking technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in Networking with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zscaler technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
• Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Zscaler Client Connector
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting:
• Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Switching (Layer 2/3, VLANs, STP)
• Access Points/Wi-Fi networks
• Experience with firewalls, proxies, and VPN technologies is a plus.
• Ability to conduct deep packet analysis using tools like Wireshark.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
