Role: Nice CXOne - Develope
Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years
Location: PAN INDIA
Must Have:
·Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
·Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
·Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
Good Have :
·The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications
·Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
·Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
·Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
·Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
