The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion. - We are looking for a detail-oriented NOC Monitoring Engineer to monitor IT infrastructure, network systems, applications, and services to ensure availability and smooth operations. - IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring - Incident Management & Troubleshooting - NOC Operations & Stakeholder Management - asic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. - Server and application monitoring. - ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JIRA. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management. - Monitoring tools: Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or Splunk.
