Node JS + Redux

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js + Redux Developer to join our development team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for building robust backend services with Node.js and managing complex front-end state with Redux in modern web applications. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of scalable application architecture, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), along with hands-on experience in Redux-based state management.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
• Build and manage front-end application state using Redux and integrate with REST APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js backend development.
• 3+ years of experience working with Redux and React.js (or similar front-end frameworks).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with Redux Middleware (e.g., Redux Thunk, Redux Saga).
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and/or SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Good understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of frontend tools like Webpack, Babel, or Next.js.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
