MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Product Development
· New product development
· Selection of material and process
· Project Management, Coordinate NPI & NPD
● Sustaining Engineering
· Product Documentation
· Technical Support to QA for customer complaint resolution
· Technical support to customer & BDG
· Drive product cost reduction
· Qualification/Product certifications
· Change Management/ ECN/ PCN (change modification)
● And including any other responsibilities that is assigned by the Management from time to time
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
· B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
· Experience in precision electronic components/ Automotive industry
· 3-6 Years of Product Design Experience Skills
· CAD (Creo/SolidWorks)
· Product lifecycle management
· GD&T
· Engineering change management/PCN
· FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
· DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and knowledge of product manufacturability.
· FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
· GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance)
· Rapid Prototyping & Reverse Engineering
· MS Office, ERP
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Industry standards & market requirements
