About the role
We are looking for experienced professionals for the Cash (O2C) - Cash Application who have worked in an MNC environment and can handle end-to-end cash application processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Apply customer payments (cheques, wire transfers, ACH) accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage unapplied and unidentified cash.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in O2C / Cash Application.
- Prior experience working in an MNC environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift and from the office.
