About the role
Responsibilities
Sales Target & Channel Management: Drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) revenue and consistently achieve assigned individual sales targets.
Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct 150–200 cold calls daily from CRM-provided leads, maintaining a minimum cumulative call duration of 2.5 hours.
Lead Inquiries & Conversion: Promptly follow up on inbound prospective leads received across websites, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
Customer Consultation & Counseling: Conduct in-person consultations at the clinic or during home visits (requiring local travel) to recommend suitable products and services based on individual customer needs.
Data Analysis & Countermeasures: Analyze daily sales metrics and proactively implement strategic countermeasures to bridge performance gaps and meet targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to execute supporting sales, marketing, and public relations (PR) initiatives.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Prior exposure to sales, with hands-on experience in cold calling preferred.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
Adaptability & Mobility: High flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks beyond the core scope and a willingness to travel as required.
Stress Tolerance: Proven ability to thrive and deliver consistent results under high-pressure targets.
