🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Key Account Management & Client Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for client brands on operational and business-related matters

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Manage regular communication, updates, and alignment with clients

• Conduct business reviews, meetings, and presentations

• Drive repeat business, new orders, and account expansion opportunities

• Ensure achievement of business targets and gross margins

• Identify innovative ways to strengthen client engagement and business growth

📦 Production, Planning & QC Coordination

• Coordinate closely with production, planning, and QC teams for timely deliveries

• Monitor production schedules and proactively address bottlenecks

• Ensure quality standards are maintained as per client expectations

• Conduct regular project reviews to track progress and resolve gaps

📈 Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

• Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams for business expansion

• Support client meetings and account review discussions

⚙️ Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

• Identify gaps in order flow, tracking, and coordination

• Suggest and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives

• Drive efficiency in turnaround time and execution quality

📊 Forecasting & Planning

• Analyze order trends and support production/material forecasting

• Coordinate with teams for inventory and capacity planning

• Ensure readiness for upcoming client requirements

💰 Cost & Efficiency Management

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource utilization

• Support initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining timelines and quality

📋 MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and review reports including shipment status and rejection/repair reports

• Conduct internal reviews and share operational insights with management

• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting across all stages

🔄 Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with diamond, production, merchandising, and sales teams

• Ensure alignment across departments to meet shipment timelines

• Drive proactive communication to avoid last-minute operational issues

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

✔ Experience in Sales Operations / Client Servicing / Key Account Management

✔ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

✔ Good understanding of production planning and order management

✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and communication abilities

✔ Prior experience in Jewellery / Luxury / Export Manufacturing industry preferred
