ROLE DIRECTORYGrade :JM1/2 /NEEMFunction :ManufacturingLocation :PDRIDepartment :ProductionQualification :Dip Mech / Ele.Electronics / Chemical Tech./ Certification in BoilerRole Title:Member OperationsRoles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role Role SynopsisThe role would primarly involve Handling of Utility areas - Utility control [Boilers,DG Set,Compressors, Raw Water Treatment Plant, Cooling towers, MCC Panel, Transformer , HT yard,Water storage tank,Routine & Break down Maintanance}, ensuring man machine relationship through TPM, conducting RCA for breakdown, conducting periodic maintenance to minimize breakdowns, Key Duties & Responsiblities Member of the utility , to have control of the Equipments through out the shiftEnsuring the Chemical dosage of cooling tower and Boiler feed waterMaintain water treatment plant uptime (100%) and run WTP with the optimised set conditionsMaintain Boiler uptime (100%) and run boiler with te optimised set conditionsMaintain Compressor uptime (100%) and run Compressor with te optimised set conditionsMaintain Power Factor to unity, Maximum demand with allowed limit and 100% Adherence of Peak hour & other restricted hour load shutting at TNEB SideRecording the E.B log and boiler log sheetRAC (Root Asset care ) to be done shift wise and for any abnormalities found to be captured.House keeping of utility areas & scrap generated to be moved to the scrap yard as per RMSShift wise Data entering in DPR , SAP for all the KPI's relate to the shiftOptimise utility start up and set up conditions during power failure and D.G change over Jointly Responsible for the total shift production including machine and process effeicencyDaily Routine ActivitiesMaintaining water level for all tanksFurnace oil, Diesel Level maintaining and pumpings to day tanksHardness and PH check for Raw water and boiler Feed water and initiate necessary actions DG SET A ,B check and C checkTrouble shooting of abnormalities in utility equipmentsRCA to be done & Documentation to be completed for the breakdowns in the shift, to initiate & complete the corrective actionRecording deviation analysis in case of process variations Critical parameters Deviation Highligting to all the concernedRecording change events in the history cards of equipments in case of shift failuresAdherence to the common KPI & individual KPI shift wise in accordance to the annual goals takenPreparation of RGP (Returnable gate pass) / NRGP (Non Returnable gate pass) for material flow as per the commercial SOP Generation & closure of safety work permits Role Specification Technical SkillsBehaviourial Traits Personal Attributes Basics of Mechnical and Electrical Knowledge(Machinary mantaince)
