Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the new hires and management process, including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information.
- Manage Joining Formalities and release Offer Letters.
- Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.,
- Maintain records through HRMS Software (Spine).
- Execute background checks, track, and adjust the process as needed based on any new requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required as per business needs..

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, with specific experience in onboarding being a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several new hires' onboarding simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees..
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.
