About the role
- Design, configure, and support OpenText Content Server environments.
- Implement and maintain OpenText xECM solutions.
- Work on OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Center, and Records Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support document archiving, content management, and workflow implementations.
- Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP/S4HANA and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot performance and system issues.
- Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions. [SAP Open Text | Word], [OpenText - Bayer | Word]
- Strong experience with OpenText Content Server.
- Hands-on experience in OpenText xECM and OTDS.
- Knowledge of Archive Center and Records Management.
- Experience in installation, configuration, administration, and support.
- Understanding of document lifecycle management and content archiving.
- Experience with workflows, Business Workspaces, and user security management.
- Exposure to OpenText REST APIs is an added advantage. [OpenText - Bayer | Word], [SAP Open Text | Word]
- Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration.
- Knowledge of Smart UI and Fiori integration.
- Exposure to OpenText migrations and upgrades.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
