About the role
Required Skills:
OpenStack fundamentals: nova, neutron, cinder, glance, horizon. Ironic controller management.
Azure pipeline,
Terraform infrastructure management
Kubernetes basics: pods, deployments, services, nodes, namespaces, kubectl
commands.
Linux/cemtos 7.0 or above : shell commands, troubleshooting, networking tools, system performance checks.
Server hardware knowledge:
RAID, hardware lifecycle, firmware, diagnostics.
Phone
& remote support experience for technical troubleshooting.
Ability
to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights/weekends).
