Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in team management within a service-oriented or operational setting.
• 5+ years of experience in team management and operations, with a strong track record of achieving performance targets, developing talent, and driving team effectiveness.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments to streamline operations and optimize workflows.
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in utilizing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions and improve service quality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building productive relationships with stakeholders, guiding team development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
