About the role
Virtue Tech Inc. is expanding its AI, cloud, and agentic AI product across India, and we are looking for one exceptional person in Delhi who can help us move fast, build strong relationships, and execute on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-orientated, execution-driven, and comfortable working with senior leaders, enterprise teams, ecosystem partners, and innovation programmes. This is not just an operations role. It is a chance to be at the centre of India's fast-growing AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate Virtue Tech's Delhi-based operations.
- Support enterprise partnerships, ecosystem relationships, and strategic initiatives.
- Help execute AI innovation programmes, workshops, product briefings, and events.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders, partners, speakers, trainers, and internal teams.
- Track follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and execution timelines.
- Represent Virtue Tech professionally on the ground in Delhi.
- Bring structure, urgency, and accountability to fast-moving initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and institutional leaders.
- Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage events, meetings, logistics, and partner communication.
- Interest in AI, cloud, startups, innovation, or technology ecosystems.
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years.
