About the role
Key Responsibilities • Implement and configure Oracle ARCS modules. • Design account reconciliation workflows and certification processes. • Configure Transaction Matching rules, matching types, and auto-reconciliation processes. • Define security, approval workflows, and compliance controls. • Build integrations with ERP and source systems. • Conduct data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities. • Support month-end close and reconciliation optimization initiatives. • Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills • 7-10 years of Oracle EPM experience. • Minimum 3 years of Oracle ARCS implementation/support experience. • Strong experience in: o Reconciliation Compliance o Transaction Matching o Profiles and Matcheso Data Integration/Data Management o Reports and Dashboards
• Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge. • Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications • CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred. • Experience supporting global close processes. • Oracle ARCS Cloud certification is an advantage.
