Position SummaryLead functional and technical support for Oracle Argus Safety and Oracle Empirica platforms.Drive implementation, enhancements, application stabilization, root cause analysis, andstakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced L2 support and oversee critical incident resolution.- Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities.- Support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.- Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.- Troubleshoot application, interface, database, and batch processing issues.- Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.- Support regulatory reporting and signal detection processes.- Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge management.
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Argus Safety and Oracle Empirica.- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting.- Understanding of WebLogic, integrations, and application architecture.- Expertise in pharmacovigilance workflows, E2B reporting, aggregate reporting, and signalmanagement.- Experience in implementation and release management.
Preferred QualificationsOracle Argus certification, ITIL knowledge, validation (CSV) experience, and exposure tocloud-hosted PV environments.
